Negroni Sbagliato
- 1 ¼ oz Contratto Bitter
- 1 ¼ oz Contratto Vermouth Rosso
- 3 ½ oz Prosecco della Contessa
Combine Bitter and Vermouth in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled Champagne Flute and top with Prosecco. Garnish with an indulgent Orange Peel.
