Negroni Sbagliato

• 1 ¼ oz Contratto Bitter
• 1 ¼ oz Contratto Vermouth Rosso
• 3 ½ oz Prosecco della Contessa

Combine Bitter and Vermouth in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled Champagne Flute and top with Prosecco. Garnish with an indulgent Orange Peel.
