• 1.5 oz El Dorado Cask Aged 3 Year
• .5 oz Rhum JM Rhum Agricole Blanc
• 1 oz Lustau Vermut Blanco
• 1 tsp simple syrup
• 2 dashes absinthe
• 1 dash grapefruit bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
