Little Peach (aka “You’re A Peach”)

• 1 oz Medley Brothers 102 Proof Bourbon
• .75 oz Giffard Crème de Peche de Vigne
• 1-2 dashes of absinthe (or rinse)

Stir briefly with ice (2-3 revolutions) to chill ; strain into flute ; top wth sparkling wine ; garnish with a lemon twist (and a wedge of peach, if you got ‘em).  Combine ingredients in mixing tin ; add ice & shake, then strain into flute ; top with sparkling wine ; garnish with long grapefruit twist.
