• 1.5 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz El Dorado Cask Aged 8yr Rum
• .75 oz Contratto Bitter
• .5 oz Cruzan Black Strap Rum
• .5 oz simple syrup
• .5 oz fresh lime juice

Combine ingredients in shaker tin; add ice and shake with vigor; serve in a tall collins or pilsner glass over crushed ice; garnish with a pineapple leaf.
