Jerez Flip
- 1.5 oz Emilio Lustau 'Solera Reserva' Brandy
- 1 oz Emilio Lustau 'Solera Reserva' East India Sherry
- 1 whole egg
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
Combine all ingredients; shake dry to incorporate all ingredients; add ice and shake well; strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
