Jem’s Colada

• 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
• ½ oz coconut cream
• ½ oz Giffard Orgeat
• 1 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths Old Tom Gin
• ½ oz Rum-Bar White Overproof

Build in tin shake with two lime wedges, serve over a rock or crushed ice with a mint flourish and Peychaud’s bitters splattered unceremoniously.
