- 1.5 oz Dudognon 'Reserve' 10yr Cognac
- 1 oz fresh cantaloupe juice
- .5 oz honey simple syrup
- .5 oz Trousepenette or white dessert wine
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 basil leaves
- splash Gruet 'Methode Champenoise' Brut
Combine ingredients including two basil leaves in mixing tin; add ice & shake; double strain into chilled cocktail glass; top with Gruet ‘Methode Champenoise’ Brut or champagne. Garnish with basil.
