The Goldfinch (modified for Skurnik Spirits)

• 1 oz Contratto Vermouth Bianco
• 1 oz Emilio Lustau Light Fino Sherry, 'Jarana'
• .75 oz fresh lemon juice
• .5 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes of orange bitters

Combine ingredients in mixing tin. Shake, and strain over ice in a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a long grapefruit twist.
