Golden Fang
- 1 ½ oz Azteca Azul Tequila Plata
- ½ oz Agave de Cortes Mezcal Joven
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz fresh pineapple juice
- ½ oz Giffard Fruit de la Passion
- ¼ oz cinnamon syrup
- ¼ oz Rhum JM sirop
- 1 tsp Giffard Crème de Mure
- 1 dash angostura bitters
- 2 dashes absinthe
Build in shaker tin, whip shake, pour over ice in a highball, Collins, or your favorite tiki mug, and top with seltzer water. Garnish with pineapple leaves and a lime wheel.
