- 1 oz Contratto Vermouth Bianco
- ½ oz Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rosé
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 bar spoon cinnamon syrup
Build in tin and whip shake ingredients, pour in highball glass, add ice and top with seltzer. Garnish is a long grapefruit twist. If you don’t have a tin simply build in glass.
