French Maid

• 2 oz Dudognon 'Selection 5yr Old' Cognac
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• .75 oz simple syrup
• 2 cucumber slices
• 4-5 mint leaves

Combine ingredients in mixing tin with cucumber slices and mint leaves; add ice and shake hard; double-strain over large ice in rocks glass. Garnish with mint and cucumber wheel.
