- 1.5 oz Damoiseau 110 Proof Rhum Agricole
- 1 oz fresh orange juice
- .75 oz Dudognon 'Selection' 5yr Cognac
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Hans Reisetbauer Blue Gin
- .5 oz Giffard Orgeat
- Scant .5 oz Lustau Pedro Ximenez 'San Emilio' Sherry (float)
Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add 1-2 cubes of ice & whip shake briefly; strain over crushed ice into tiki mug or chimney glass. Float .5 oz Lustau Pedro Ximenez ‘San Emilio’ Sherry on top.
