El Burro Picante

- 1 oz Nuestra Soledad 'Ejutla' Mezcal
- 1 oz blood orange juice
- .75 oz Giffard Ginger of the Indies
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- chipotle salt dusted rim
Stir ingredients in an ice-filled mixing tin for forty-five revolutions; strain into rocks glass dusted with chipotle salt on the rim. Garnish with lime wheel and orange bitters.
