Daiquiri

• 2 oz Rhum JM Rhum Agricole Blanc
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• .75 oz simple syrup

Combine ingredients in shaking tin; add ice & shake until frothy and delicious; pour through strainer into chilled cocktail glass.
