Civil Punch
- 1.5 oz Château de Pellehaut 'Selection' 5yr Old Armagac
- .5 oz Rapa Giovanni Walnut 'Liquore di Noci'
- .5 oz black tea syrup
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Top with Astarbe Sagardotegia 'Byhur' Sidra Espumosa
Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice and shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Top with Astarbe Basque cider (sparkling, not still) Garnish with an apple slice.
