Calvados Sidecar

• 1.5 oz Domaine de Montreuil 'Selection' Calvados
• 1 oz Giffard Curaçao Triple Sec
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• sugar and cinnamon dusted rim

Rim a chilled coupe with lemon, sugar and cinnamon; combine ingredients in a shaking tin; shake vigorously and strain into the chilled coupe. Garnish with orange peel.
