Calvados Cocktail

- 1.5 oz Domaine de Montreuil 'Selection' Calvados
- 1.5 oz fresh orange juice
- .75 oz Giffard Curaçao Triple Sec
- .75 oz orange bitters*
Combine ingredients in a mixing tin; add ice and shake; strain in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.
* Yes, you read that right. .75 oz of orange bitters. But we also recommend putting a new spin on the drink, and trying it with .75 oz of Bigallet China China Amer instead!
