Bee’s Knees

• 2 oz Greenhook Ginsmiths American Dry Gin
• .75 oz fresh lemon juice
• .75 oz honey syrup (2 parts honey:1 part water)

Combine ingredients in mixing tin ; add ice & shake ; strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
