• 2 oz Dudognon 'Selection' 5yr Cognac
• .75 oz maraschino
• .75 oz fresh lemon juice
• egg whites
• absinthe rinse

Combine ingredients in mixing tin; shake once without ice to emulsify egg whites; add ice & shake; strain into chilled cocktail glass that has been rinsed with absinthe.
