Armed Robbery

• 2 oz Jalapeño Infused Azteca Azul Silver (Blanco) Tequila
• .75 oz Emilio Lustau Amontillado Sherry
• .75 oz pineapple juice
• .5 oz fresh lime juice
• .5 oz simple syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake well; strain into chilled cocktail glass.
