Apry Julep

• 1.5 oz Pasquet 'Coeur de Grande Champagne' Cognac
• 1 oz Medley Brothers 102 Proof Bourbon
• 1 tsp sugar
• 5 dashes apricot bitters
• 5–6 mint leaves

Muddle bitters, sugar and mint in a julep cup; add crushed ice and spirits; stir gently; top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a huge mint bloom.
