Apry Julep

- 1.5 oz Pasquet 'Coeur de Grande Champagne' Cognac
- 1 oz Medley Brothers 102 Proof Bourbon
- 1 tsp sugar
- 5 dashes apricot bitters
- 5–6 mint leaves
Muddle bitters, sugar and mint in a julep cup; add crushed ice and spirits; stir gently; top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a huge mint bloom.
