Amaretto Sour

• 1 oz Caffo Amaretto
• 1 oz Emilio Lustau 'Solera Gran Reserva' Brandy
• fresh lemon juice
• egg white
• dash Angostura bitters (float)

Combine ingrediengs in mixing tin ; dry shake ; add ice & shake. Strain into wine glass and garnish with a lemon twist & cherry flag.
