Alabazam Cocktail

- 2 oz Château de Pellehaut 'Selection' 5yr Old Armagac
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Giffard Curaçao Triple Sec
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake; strain over ice into rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel
