• .5 oz El Dorado Super Premium 12yr Old Rum
• .5 oz fresh lemon juice
• .5 oz honey simple syrup
• Top with Conquilla Cava Brut

Combine ingredients in mixing tin; add ice & shake; strain into flute: top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon twist.
