A collaboration between Charles Bieler and Bruce Schneider, Gotham Project was the pioneer of locally filled reusable stainless-steel kegs of high quality, soulful wines. Gotham Project’s inaugural release was a 2009 Finger Lakes Riesling from Seneca Lake, NY. Once a few hardcore friends began to offer Gotham on tap the guys started to get requests for more options. Gotham Project is the only vertically integrated wine-on-tap company in the United States.
