Distilled in Palmar Segundo, San Luis Potosi, by Maestra Maria de La Luz Martinez and her two sons Jaime and Manuel Navarro, Campanilla del Palmar produces destilado de agave from four subspecies of Agave salmiana using Mongolian-style clay pot stills.
