Big Table Farm

Big Table Farm is the collaborative effort of life partners Brian Marcy and Clare Carver, a winemaker and an artist who grow and produce what they love to eat and drink! After moving from the Napa Valley to the Willamette valley with nothing but a dream, the two made 150 cases in their first vintage in 2006. The team has not looked back, expanding their farm to 70 acres and production to near 4000 cases a year. While seemingly small, the team has taken intentional steps to develop the winery and land that it sits on into a regenerative farm. Balancing water, soil, and vines all while maintaining an active farm with free-range hens, pasture-raised pigs, goats, a team of draft horses, grass fed cows and bee hives! They are building an intensive grazing system of farming that builds the soil, sequesters carbon, and moves them towards a healthy, sustainable and diverse farm. They named the winery and farm after their goal to provide a gracious and welcoming table for themselves and friends with a cornucopia of hand-crafted food and wine. Now approaching twenty years later, the duo shows no signs of slowing down.
