Angels & Cowboys

Angels & Cowboys is the second brand of Yoav Gilat, the founder of Cannonball. This collaboration with head winemaker Ondine Chattan, a California native from Marin County, began as a vision of a Zinfandel-based proprietary red wine from Sonoma County.  

While the original plan for Angels & Cowboys was solely the red wine, the intrigue and excitement of rosé was impossible for them to ignore. The inaugural vintage of Angels & Cowboys Rosé far exceeded expectations, laying the ground as an established piece of the portfolio.  Most recently, the Angels & Cowboys line has expanded with traditional method sparkling Brut and Brut Rose, rounding out their breadth of offerings to include wine for all occasions.
