CHAMPAGNE FAMILLE MOUSSÉ ‘L’ESQUISSE’ EXTRA BRUT’ NV
Fourth-generation winemaker Cédric Moussé has transformed Champagne Famille Moussé into a benchmark for sustainability and quality in the region. From solar-powered operations to geothermal energy and vineyard stewardship by pigs, chickens, and sheep, every detail at the domaine reflects his commitment to environmental responsibility. Located in the village of Cuisles, the estate benefits from a unique terroir of green clay called “Illite,” which imparts a Chardonnay-like elegance and lift to their Meunier. Cédric’s meticulous practices, including hand-harvesting in small crates and using only stainless steel in the cellar, preserve the purity of the fruit. His visionary leadership has earned the domaine a reputation as one of Champagne’s finest. |
CHAMPAGNE PIERRE GIMONNET & FILS ‘ROSÉ DE BLANCS’ BRUT NV
The NV Brut Rose de Blancs 1er Cru opens in the glass with an inviting bouquet of crisp red fruits, licorice, dried flowers and toasted sourdough. Medium-bodied, racy and fine-boned, it’s tensile and chalky, its style dominated by its Chardonnay base.
Didier Gimonnet leads this historic estate in the Premier Cru village of Cuis, where his family has grown grapes since 1750. With 29.4 hectares of vines across Grand and Premier Cru villages, primarily in the Côte des Blancs, the domaine boasts an exceptional percentage of old vines—70% over 30 years old, including 100+ year-old vines in Cramant. Gimonnet’s wines, including the Spécial Club crafted with these ancient vines, reflect the diverse terroirs of the Côte des Blancs, from the expressive and round Grand Cru of Cramant to the fresh, crisp character of Cuis. Known for their sapid, refreshing profile with lingering, saline purity, these Champagnes exemplify the region’s finest traditions. |
RAVENTÓS i BLANC CONCA DEL RIU ANOIA BRUT ‘ROSÉ DE NIT’ 2022
Raventós i Blanc represents a family legacy tied to winemaking for over 500 years, with documented ownership of their Sant Sadurní d’Anoia estate since 1497. Spanning 300 acres of vineyards, woodlands, and a lake, this historic site was where Josep Raventós Fatjó crafted Spain’s first bottle-fermented wine in 1872. Rooted in tradition, their philosophy emphasizes harmony between the land, microclimate, native grapes, and the people tending the estate to produce authentic, terroir-driven wines. In 2012, the family left DO Cava to establish Conca del Riu Anoia, a more precise appellation reflecting their commitment to single-estate, native varietal sparkling wines with unparalleled minerality. |
HEIDI SCHROCK ‘MORE IS MORE’ 2024
Heidi Schröck took over her family winery in 1983, in the historic village of Rust situated in the province of Burgenland about 5 miles from the Hungarian border. In 2003 Heidi was awarded “Falstaff Vintner of the Year”, making her one of only a handful of women to obtain this distinction. She re-introduced historic varietals such as Muscat-Lunel and Furmint from Hungary while continuing to work with more classic Austrian varietals such as Grauburgunder, Weissburgunder, and Welschriesling. Heidi is the long-time leader of Cercle Ruster Ausbruch, an organization whose goal is to bring back Ausbruch, a sweet wine reminiscent of Hungary’s Royal Tokaji that had not existed since the phylloxera outbreak in the 19th century. Ausbruch is harvested from botrytized grapes with a must weight between BA and TBA (138 Oechsle) and Heidi’s wine is one of Rust’s iconic examples of this noble sweet wine. |
STOLPMAN ROSÉ ‘LOVE YOU BUNCHES’ 2024
Stolpman Vineyards, founded by Tom and Marilyn Stolpman in 1988, began with a dream sparked on their Napa Valley honeymoon and led to the purchase of limestone-rich land in Ballard Canyon AVA, Santa Barbara County. Since 1994, vineyard managers Ruben and Maria Solorzano have nurtured the vines while building a year-round team supported by mentorship and a profit-sharing program. In 2009, Tom’s son Peter joined the business, shifting focus to estate wine production and expanding the workers’ profit-sharing program to 10% of production. Through family dedication, collaboration, and a commitment to their team, Stolpman Vineyards crafts world-class wines that honor the pioneering spirit of American winegrowing. |
THE PINOT PROJECT ROSÉ ‘FRANCE’ 2023

All three varietals are available in 750ml, 250ml cans, and 19L kegs. With more than a decade of consistent growth, The Pinot Project is truly a wine for all occasions. Named by Shanken’s Impact as a “HotProspect” brand in 2018 and 2019 and a “Top 100 Best Buy” by Wine Enthusiast for the last three vintages, the wines consistently score above 90 points from major wine publications. |
HANNA GLATZER CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2021
Hanna Glatzer, daughter of renowned winemaker Walter Glatzer, has taken a fresh approach to her family’s winemaking legacy in Carnuntum, just south of Vienna. At 21, Hanna shifted her focus from pre-law studies to her true passion—winemaking—enrolling at the prestigious Geisenheim winemaking school in Germany. Drawing from her family’s certified organic vineyards, she began crafting natural wines that are vibrant, playful, and immensely drinkable. With the support of her younger brother Mattias, Hanna is bringing a youthful, creative energy to the estate while continuing its tradition of excellence. |

DOMAINE MICHEL TETE SAINT-AMOUR ‘LES CAPITANS’ 2023
Domaine du Clos du Fief is run by the father-son team of Michel and Sylvain Tête. This is a rare 4th generation Cru estate in Juliénas and Julie, based at the far Northwest sector of Beaujolais. The history of these great villages dates back more than 2,000 years and trace their names to Julius Caesar. Vines were grown on the high altitude hillsides of Juliénas and Jullié (a granite rich Beaujolais-Villages Cru that mimics its more famous neighbor) in the Gallo-Roman period. Michel took over this history-rich land after studying in Beaune, where he learned many techniques that he now uses on his own wines to great acclaim. Michel and Sylvain harken their wines back to the classics: low yields, meticulously farmed vineyards, and classic winemaking resulting in serious and mouthwatering examples of terroir driven reds. |
ALTOS LAS HORMIGAS MALBEC ‘LOS AMANTES’ 2022
Founded in 1995 by Alberto Antonini and Antonio Morescalchi, Altos Las Hormigas was an early pioneer of Malbec in Mendoza, taking a bold risk when the region was better known for Cabernet Sauvignon. In 2012, guided by terroir expert Pedro Parra, the winery embraced a terroir-driven philosophy, abandoning new oak in favor of older barrels and concrete tanks to enhance the grape’s expression. They also invested in Mendoza’s high-altitude Uco Valley, launching a Terroir Project aimed at highlighting Malbec’s nuances and promoting a regional appellation system. Through organic farming and thoughtful winemaking, Altos Las Hormigas has crafted increasingly elegant wines, including the limestone-influenced Appellation Series and their latest release, Jardin de Hormigas. |
BODEGA PABLO FALLABRINO TANNAT 2020
Bodega Pablo Fallabrino is located 4 km’s from the Atlantic Ocean in Atlantida, part of Uruguay’s Canelones region, one of the coolest growing areas in the entire country. Pablo Fallabrino is the owner, grower and winemaker and he lives on the estate with his wife and two children. His grandfather, Angelo Fallabrino immigrated to Uruguay in 1920 from Piedmont and planted 5 vineyards and started 2 wineries in the 1930’s. Pablo studied with both his father and grandfather and eventually started the current, single vineyard estate in 1997 where they currently have 12 hectares under vine on their 30-hectare estate. Bodega Pablo Fallabrino produces mostly Piedmontese varietals in addition to Tannat and their wines typically show an old world, nuanced style which we tend to gravitate towards. |
DAVID & NADIA GRENACHE 2022
|
David and Nadia Sadie met at the University of Stellenbosch when he shifted his focus to viticulture after a rugby injury sidelined him from his first love. David went on to work vintages around the world, from Marlborough to St. Emilion, before finally landing back in South Africa. He eventually took over the cellar in the Swartland where Andrea and Chris Mullineux used to make wine prior to their purchase of Roundstone Farm and restored it in 2014. His wife Nadia joined him in 2016 and it’s been a family affair ever since. Nadia oversees viticulture for their project and manages the vineyards that they lease. She employs biological farming, which is to say she avoids the use of any herbicides, plants cover crops and she’s begun experimenting with a conversion to organics. Together, David & Nadia make high acid, textured wines that have cemented them as one of the most highly regarded wineries in the Swartland. |
GREAT HEART PINOT NOIR ‘ELGIN’ 2022
At its core, Great Heart is about improving the livelihoods of those of those who work for the winery and a portion of all sales go directly to them. With the help of Chris and Andrea Mullineux, Great Heart is led by their assistant winemaker, Gynore Hendricks, who is from the Swartland. A graduate of the prestigious Cape Winemakers Guild Protégé Programme in 2017, Gynore spent her first year working with Miles Mossop, followed by a year at De Grendel Wines, working with Charles Hopkins. Gynore’s final year was spent with the Mullineux’s, where upon graduating in 2019, Gynore was offered the position of Assistant Winemaker at Mullineux and Leeu Passant. |
GIFFARD CRÈME DE ROSE NV
When cocktailing, use a teaspoon or quarter ounce of this unadulterated expression of rose for just a hint of floral dimension or half to three-quarters of an ounce as a bold but balanced complement to red bitters, chocolate liqueurs, amaretto, or aged spirits. The sugar is expertly calibrated to add body to drinks without leaving weighty notes of rose on the tongue.
Èmile Giffard was a pharmacist before he was a distiller, but in 1885—inspired by the scorching heat of summer—he sought to create something that would cool and refresh his clientele. Lucky for them (and for us), Èmile was also a gourmand and began researching the digestive properties of mint as he embarked on his endeavor. Using steam distillation of Mitcham peppermint, Èmile created a liqueur that was as delicious as it was refreshing. Giffard Menthe Pastille, named after the French candies at the time (the name translates to “mint drop”), found instant popularity with the locals. Èmile promptly turned his pharmacy into a distillery and established the tradition and quality for which Giffard is known worldwide. This was only the beginning. Four generations and over a century later, the Giffard family continues Émile’s tradition in Angers, using the finest ingredients and time-tested methods to create a wide range of liqueurs, syrups, and non-alcoholic offerings. |
GIFFARD CRÈME DE CACAO BLANC NV
Chocolate is arguably one of the greatest gifts of Mesoamerica to the world. For thousands of years it has been a prized delicacy favored by royalty and today is one of the most popular indulgences globally. Giffard Creme de Cacao liqueur captures the true flavor of cacao from premium West African cocoa beans. Packed with dense, cascading layers of milk and dark chocolate with hints of coffee, this Crème de Cacao notably achieves this without the artificial vanilla flavor often associated with cacao liqueurs. Try this in all manner of classic cocktails and contemporary cocktails.
