100% Aglianico grown in calcareous clay soils. Maceration on the skins for 15-20 days half in wood tanks and half in steel vats, aged in 30-50-80 hectolitre oak casks and French barriques for 36 months, cellared in the bottle for 6 months.

Intense ruby red, tending to garnet with age. Aromas of dried plum, sour cherry, cocoa, and tobacco. The palate is rich and intense with smooth tannins and a long finish.
