Tasting Notes

Cailloux Vineyard Syrah (5% Viognier) is surprisingly meaty and masculine, with plenty of pepper, smoke, blood and dark-plum fruits. Full-bodied, rich and layered on the palate, with massive minerality that comes out on the finish, it will be a 20-year wine. –Jeb Dunnuck, The Wine Advocate
