Sfursat Ca’ Rizzieri, Aldo Rainoldi

Produced only in the best vintages from a selection of the best Nebbiolo grapes on the property.  The bunches are left to dry on racks at 500 meters above sea level in Ca’Rizzieri’s dry, arid loft.  After fermentation, the wine ages for 16-18 months in new French oak, followed by an additional 12 months in bottle before release.
