Sauvignon Blanc Collio, Sturm
100% Sauvignon from 35 year old vines. The grapes are de-stemmed and cold macerated for 24 hours. The must ferments in stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks (16 – 18°C) before ageing on lees for 6 months and being bottled.
This wine is brisk, spicy and aromatic. Golden yellow in color it offers a nice bouquet of aromas ranging from tropical fruit to elderberry flowers and citrus fruit, with hints of sage and tomato leaves. Striking and enveloping on the rich palate.
