30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 30% Sangiovese, and 10% Petit Verdot from 24 year old vines. Fermentation and maceration occurs over 28 days in stainless steel vats with temperature control. The wine matures in Allier French oak barriques for 12 months, and then is finished in the bottle for one year before release.
