Rosso di Montalcino is 100% Sangiovese Grosso from Ciacci’s organically farmed Montalcino Estate. It is fermented in stainless steel and concrete vats before being transferred to large Slavonian oak where it rests for 12 months. Just over 1000 cases are made each year.
