• Opening with vanilla and sweet fruit on the nose with black pepper and a trace of raisin on the palate; finishes with honey and buttered toast
• Non-chill filtered; 47% ABV

Malt whiskey icon Stuart Nickerson carefully selects each barrel that goes into the Watershed single malt blend which is then proofed with water from the Tipperary farm to reflect an impeccable marriage of taste and terroir.

Tasting Notes

Vatted from 6 first-fill, ex-bourbon barrels sourced by Malt Master Stuart Nickerson, Tipperary ‘Watershed’ is brought to proof with water that flows down to Ballindoney Farm from the surrounding mountains. This single malt whiskey opens with vanilla and sweet fruit on the nose before black pepper and a hint of raisin crescendo on the palate, finally finishing with lingering notes of honey and buttered toast. 47% ABV
