• Bittersweet orange digestif produced by the Felix Bigallet distillery in Isère, France
• Base spirit distilled from sugar beets
• Peels from sweet Valencia oranges and bitter oranges from the island of Curaçao are zested by hand and macerated for three weeks before being distilled in alembic copper pot stills
• A final maceration and distillation further concentrates the orange flavors
• A proprietary list of botanicals featuring gentian, cinchona bark, anise, and clove are macerated in the orange distillate
• Sweetened and colored with caramel
• A potent liqueur displaying warm orange aromatics with earthy vegetal notes; the palate highlights bitter orange and baking spice with hints of mint

Produced by the Bigallet distillery according to its original 1875 recipe, China-China [SHEE•na-SHEE•na] Amer is an incomparably complex amer (the French equivalent to amaro) and a pivotal replacement for any classic cocktail that calls for Amer Picon.
