From vineyards in Annunziata La Morra, Berri in La Morra, and Perno of Monforte. Maceration on the skins for 12-15 days, malolactic fermentation in steel tanks, aging in oak barrels (a mix of used barriques and botti) for 18 – 24 months. 3250 cases produced.
