Gotham Project

The Gotham Project is the pioneer of locally filled reusable stainless steel kegs of high quality, soulful wines. Gotham Project is a collaboration between Charles Bieler and Bruce Schneider. Gotham Project’s inaugural release was a 2009 Finger Lakes Riesling from Seneca Lake, NY. Once a few hardcore friends began to offer Gotham on tap the guys started to get requests for more options. Charles & Bruce turned to their own winemaking projects and their friends to offer a collection of authentic and exciting juice from coast to coast and around the world. Gotham Project is the only vertically integrated wine-on-tap company in the United States. Their wine ‘filling station’ is just a few miles from the #1 port for imported wines in the U.S., ensuring all wines remain as fresh as their first day of life until they hit your glass. Gotham’s promise is A BETTER GLASS OF WINE! One that you are proud to serve, your customers will enjoy, and is sustainable. 1.5 million glass bottles eliminated from the waste stream since 2010, and counting…
