Bernardo Estevez

Bernardo Estévez, a former car mechanic, produces homeopathic quantities of this wine from biodynamicallyfarmed grapes in the village of Arnoia. It is a blend of Lado, Treixadura, Godello, Albariño, Caiño Blanco and Silveiriña, fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and 500L barrels. Aged for 9 months in 500L new French barrels. 2800 bottles produced
