100% Tintilla, 25+ year old vines tending in Albariza soil at 70m ASL. The single parcel where the Atlántida is grown is called Pago Balbaín, on of the most coastal vineyards in Jerez. Hand harvested at night,  fermented in oak vats with 90% whole cluster fermentation and 10% de-stemmed. Minimum of 2 years is used French oak. 450 cases (6packs) produced
